Light Up Campaign
Records show the Light Up campaign has been run annually from as far back as 1996, and possibly earlier. The campaign is held every winter, with its kick-off on Pledge Day held the first Friday in December!
The Light Up Campaign is an important one for the Foundation.
When you make a donation to Light Up, you help with the purchase much needed newest technology equipment or help fund another area of greatest need at the Castlegar Health Centre and/or Talarico Place. Every donation is graciously accepted and official tax receipts are issued.

The Save It Forward program is back! It is running at No Frills until October 14th with the Castlegar & District Hospital Foundation being one of the three charities which you can choose.

The Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign
The Castlegar & District Hospital Foundation has had the good fortune of participating in Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie campaign held one week in September.
When you buy a cookie for $1, the entire dollar goes to a local charity – we hope to again be the charity chosen by Castlegar’s Tim Hortons, so that we can partner to bring support to healthcare at the Castlegar Health Centre or Talarico Place.
