The Castlegar & District Hospital Foundation is grateful to community partners such as Kootenay Savings Community Foundation for supporting Light Up 2020. The acquisition of a Laryngoscope–Glidescope and an UltraSound Bladder Scanner for the Emergency Department at the Castlegar Community Health Centre is much closer with the generosity of Kootenay Savings and many others.

Community support is what it’s all about! Recently the Castlegar and District Hospital Foundation received a donation from Glacier Honda of Castlegar.
Recent support was provided by Castlegar Maximum Ice Hockey, who came by to deliver their donation of $500 to the Castlegar & District Hospital Foundation’s Light Up the Health Centre Campaign.
The Castlegar & District Hospital Foundation recently received a $5,292.00 grant from the Keystone of Life Foundation, for the purchase of a bariatric stretcher for the Emergency Department of the Castlegar Health Centre.
The TV monitor generously donated by City Furniture of Castlegar is up and running in the lobby of the Castlegar & District Community Health Centre.
