We are accepting new members who are willing to serve as Directors and help the Foundation move forward. We are asking that people within the community come forward and join the Foundation. Our Annual General Meeting is held in June of each year where Directors are elected to serve on the Board.
Directors meetings are held at the call of the chair. We do meet three to four times a year to plan the fund raising events. Our biggest yearly fund raising event, the “Light Up” campaign, is held on the first Friday in December. The Foundation also likes to participate in the West Kootenay Trade Show held each spring.
